Glimpses
My first experience with 16 mm film: the real deal.
And yeah, that is the abandoned Motel Raphaël in Montreal West.
This is actually not the final cut of the film, but it's the closest to the complete version that I've got on my harddrive. We had a few complications while making this, including our first role of film getting stuck in the camera and, more drastically, getting police-escorted away from the motel... still, it turned out pretty well for a first attempt!
